Sanlorenzo record backlog at the end of a sharply growing

(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Saint Lawrenceluxury yacht operator listed on Euronext STAR Milan, closed 2022 with net proceeds from the sale of new yachts equal to 740.7 million euros, +26.4% compared to 585.9 million euros in 2021, driven by the excellent performance of Europe and supported by the excellent results of the new models. L’Adjusted EBITDA was Euro 130.2 million (reported EBITDA at Euro 129.6 million), +36.3% compared to Euro 95.5 million in 2021, with a margin up 130 basis points from 16.3 % to 17.6%.

There net financial position cash flow amounted to 100.3 million euros as at 31 December 2022, compared to 39 million euros as at 31 December 2021, highlighting strong cash generation of 61.3 million euros, net of investments, acquisitions of shareholdings and the payment of dividends.

The backlog amounted to 1,069.6 million euros at December 31, 2022, compared to 915.6 million euros at December 31, 2021, after deducting Net Revenues New for the year, of which 617.4 million euros referred to 2023 and 452, 2 million euros for subsequent years, the highest level ever.

In 2022 “we finalized important transactions, including some strategic acquisitions, thanks to which we added significant building blocks for the realization of our strategy, which sees the supply chain and services as fundamental drivers for strengthening our business model, for growth from here to 2030,” commented the CEO Massimo Perotti.

“In fact, we are only at the beginning of a new phase of development, which we will detail in a few weeks in ours growth plan for the next three yearsin the name of continuity and leadership acquired at an international level”, he added.
