After the police arrested a man in Veenendaal, he fled in handcuffs, a press photographer reports. When he wanted to jump over a bush at the Weverij, he allegedly fell with his head on the asphalt. The man was treated on the spot by ambulance personnel and then taken to the police station. It is not known why he was arrested.
