A man in his 20s is suspected of negligence in traffic and causing bodily harm after his car collided head-on with an oncoming ambulance in northwest Stockholm on Wednesday evening, the police write on their website.
The suspect’s car is said to have driven over on the wrong side of the road, and in the accident a co-passenger of the same age was injured and had to be taken to hospital by ambulance. Nitrous oxide particles are found in and near the suspect’s car.
No one in the ambulance was injured and the vehicle was not on call.
