Emilio Ingrosso, 58, has run a pub in Palma, Mallorca, for 18 years.
He was on site at his own restaurant in the city when he received word of the accident.
– It is terrible, I suffer with the relatives, he says.
Emilio Ingrosso was with some friends at his own pub in Palma when one of the friends received a phone call.
That was how the whole party found out about the terrible accident that had occurred in Arenal south of Palma.
– I think it was a roof terrace. Right there there are many old buildings, says Emilio Ingrosso and continues:
– Many new restaurateurs are coming there. Then you might build out these old buildings according to somewhat dubious standards.

“Not surprised”
Ingrosso clarifies that he does not know if it was an old house or questionable construction.
He says that it is only speculation, but at the same time states:
– I am not surprised that it is happening right there.
Was appalled
Emilio Ingrosso recalls that he was appalled when he heard about the accident. He himself has run a pub in Palma for 18 years.
– When accidents and the like occur, it is usually in Arenal or Magaluf. It is of course very sad and terrible. I suffer with the relatives

Emilio Ingrosso, 58, was married to Pernilla Wahlgren during the years 1993–2002. In the late 1980s, he co-produced three of Wahlgren’s albums. In addition, he wrote and co-composed many of her songs.
They divorced in 2002
Ingrosso today runs several restaurants
Emilio Ingrosso has, together with Pernilla Wahlgren, the three children Oliver, Bianca and Benjamin Ingrosso.
