Police say two cyclists died Wednesday morning in a collision involving a vehicle on River Road at Walpole Island First Nation.
Lambton OPP said the driver of the vehicle was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
It happened shortly before 5 am and River Road, between Firehall and Austin roads, was closed in the morning for the investigation, police said.
The names of the deceased cyclists were being withheld pending notification of next-of-kin, police said.
