(Finance) – With reference to theshareholders’ meeting from Trevia company specializing in special foundations and land consolidation, convened for 11 August 2022 (if necessary for 12 August 2022 in second call), it was communicated that a list has been filed for the renewal of the board of directors and a list for the renewal of the board of statutory auditors. The lists were presented by CDPE Investimenti, which holds a stake of 25.674% of the share capital, also on behalf of Polaris Capital Management LLC, owner of a stake of 24.132%.
