A high school student in Södermanland looted the students’ common party fund of a total of around 180,000 kroner. Now he has been sentenced to probation by the district court, reports SVT Nyheter Sörmland.
The money was transferred over six months from the joint account to the student’s own.
At the trial, the student said he had intended to repay the money, but could not due to his financial situation.
Protective supervision takes place with a special treatment plan within probation. The student is also sentenced to repay the money with interest.
