During Saturday evening, there was a stop in train traffic in large parts of the Stockholm area and eastern Sweden due to technical problems. Long-distance, regional and high-speed trains were affected, according to the Swedish Transport Administration’s website. SL’s commuter trains were also affected by the problems. – This affects the trains that in one way or another come to, leave from or pass through the Stockholm area, says Trafikverket’s press manager Bengt Olsson to TV4 Nyheterna.
