Palworld players celebrate a lucky guy who catches a Pal despite a 0.03% chance

Palworld offers you many Pals in the world that you can catch. Depending on your level, many monsters may be almost impossible to catch right from the start. A player tried his luck with a strong Pal and is celebrated for it.

In Palworld you can catch every Pal you see. Regardless of whether it is a boss or a simple mob, you can throw your palsphere at any time. As you aim for the throw, you will be shown a percentage corresponding to your chance of catching.

The chance of catching large bosses is significantly lower, especially if they still have their full life. However, one player wanted to try his luck and threw a sphere at a level 45 Jormuntide. The player even had success and is celebrated by the community for it.

Don’t go to a casino anytime soon lmao

The user SnekGT posted a video of his attempt on Reddit. He was level 16 while the Jormuntide was level 45. For the catch he uses a mega sphere, which is the sphere with the second weakest efficiency and is unlocked at level 14.

The chance of a catch was 0.03%. But for this almost impossible chance of catching the player only needed 2 attempts – on the 2nd attempt he caught the Jormuntide. Although the Jormuntide is reduced to its level, having such a strong Pal so early in the game is still very useful.

He is celebrated on Reddit for his lucky catch:

  • Wrathfulways: Bruh… you did that in fewer rolls than some of my 90%+ chances
  • Trainer_NoName: You’ve used up all your luck for this year, don’t go to a casino anytime soon lmao
  • FurubayashiSEA: Bro has to stay home for a whole year now because lightning is waiting for you outside.
  • The percentage chances displayed make it easier to celebrate success when catching and share it with others. Did you make any lucky catches and what were your chances?
