It is this Wednesday, January 4, (following Friday in Senegal) that the theatrical release in France of the film Skirmishers by Mathieu Vadepied. Screened at the last Cannes Film Festival in the Un Certain Regard section, this feature film features star Omar Sy in the French uniform of a soldier from the First World War. A way for the French actor of Senegalese origin, also producer of the film, to tell an unknown story.
