According to the governor of the Kharkiv region, Oleh Syniehubov, the attack should have occurred shortly after 01:00 on Saturday night.
Pictures from the scene show how the rescue service is working to put out large fires caused by falling debris from Iranian-made Shahed drones. A total of four people are said to have been injured.
Russia foiled several attacks against the region yesterday as well. Several people were then injured and a woman in her 80s died.
