Most effective sex position for orgasm found

Scientific studies for couples to have a good time in sexual relations have started to give their results. One of the studies on intercourse and sex claims to have found the best sex position for women. According to New H. Medical, a private gynecology clinic in New York, USA, the most effective sex position for orgasm is the missionary position, where a pillow is placed under the woman’s pelvis.

EXAMINED DURING SEX

According to the news in Independent Turkish; The study was conducted using an ultrasound scanner, and the researchers examined a volunteer couple having sex in 5 popular positions for 10 minutes.

The researchers then looked at which position was most successful in stimulating clitoral blood flow.

New York research doctor who led the study, Dr. Kimberley Lovie wrote:

Many magazines, books, and public forums describe the alleged benefits of various sexual positions. But there is little scientific research evaluating the relationship between different sexual intercourse positions and their ability to produce female orgasms. The aim was to compare clitoral blood flow before and after intercourse in each of the 5 positions after a standardized time frame.

Dr. Lovie continued, referring to the least influential position.

“The kneeling/posterior entry position produces the least amount of direct clitoral contact and the increase in blood flow is negligible compared to face-to-face positions,” added the research physician.

This new research follows up on another study that looked at the female orgasm and found that “groaning” isn’t part of it.

Researchers at the University of Ottawa studied various bodily sensations that occur during a woman’s orgasm, including “irregular/light breathing,” “increased blood pressure,” and “hot flashes.”

However, they also identified some misunderstood feelings that were not present as was believed. The study, published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine, stated that “we suggest permanently removing the ‘groaning’ element from the criteria”, while the female orgasm is “a poorly understood aspect of the female sexual response”.
