Ukrainian soldier about Bakhmut: “A meat grinder”

In those parts of the Ukrainian city of Bakhmut, major battles are taking place between Russian and Ukrainian soldiers, reports Financial Times.

The newspaper has been on the ground in Ukraine and talked to the Ukrainian soldier Konstantyn, who is in the middle of the city’s battles.

He says that Ukrainian soldiers are being shot “on a conveyor belt”.
