Apple’s new favorite iPhone 15 series will be officially introduced next month. While there is a short time left to the date of the promotion, the iPhone 15 Pro model may come with 8 GB of RAM.
As far as we know, only Pro models (iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max) will use the new Apple A17 Bionic chipset, while non-Pro models will still have the A16.
The iPhone has been launching with 6GB of RAM since the iPhone 12 Pro. According to reports, the new A17 Bionic was tested with both 6 GB and 8 GB RAM on both iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max models. The news did not share information about which RAM size will officially come at the end, but 8 GB of RAM is still among the options.
It is expected that official statements will be made by Apple on the subject in the coming days.
