But, how do you do that?

SVT’s reporter contacted Professor Per Carlbring for expert help. For many years, he has had CBT as his specialty and, among other things, researched gambling addiction and dependence.

– You clearly have an uphill slope. Partly because it is about an addiction pattern, but also because these apps are made to increase the possibility that you want to integrate with them. It is almost a bit “David and Goliath” you could say, but it is absolutely not impossible, says Carlbring.
