The falling oak has destroyed parts of the garden cafe which is temporarily closed until the damage is repaired.
Unclear cause of fire
The rescue service has carried out a technical investigation during the morning and arborists are on site to help clear the tree.
– It is unclear what caused the fire, but one theory is that it is a halogen lamp that has started burning near the tree, says Claes-Göran Öhmansom, who is residual value manager at Södertörn’s fire protection association.
