It has been reported that the Swedish government approved the Supreme Court’s decision, which rejected the request for the extradition of the terror suspect requested by Turkey.
The Swedish official news agency TT reported that the government approved the Supreme Court’s decision because the 50-year-old terror suspect had Swedish citizenship.
It was stated that the decision was taken at the Cabinet Meeting held during the week.
The request for the extradition of the fugitive suspect sought by Turkey was rejected by the Supreme Court on 20 November 2022. (AA)
