Convergenze director Paolo Pescetto sells 20 thousand shares

(Finance) – Paolo Pescettomember of the Board of Directors as well as president and founder of Redfish Longterm Capital (significant shareholder of the company), has sold 20,000 shares Of Convergences, a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the telecommunications and energy sectors. This is what emerges from internal dealing.
On 28 March it sold 11 thousand securities at 1.54 euros, on 3 April it sold 4 thousand securities at 1.55 euros and on 4 April it sold 5 thousand securities at 1.55 euros, for a total value of almost 31 thousand euros.

In mid-November Pescetto had purchased 10,000 shares”to give a signal of trust towards the company and its stock on the stock exchange”, which he believed was undervalued and influenced by exogenous factors. The purchase of those shares had taken place at 1.1 euros, a level significantly lower than today’s prices.
