Free factor 30 taps in Amersfoort this summer Skin cancer

How can you best enjoy the spring sun?

Fancy sitting in the spring sun? Understandable. But how do you do that safely? KWF Cancer Control explains how to prevent skin cancer. According to the foundation, this can best be done through the principle of ‘protect, clothe, apply’:

Repel: Stay out of the sun as much as possible between 12:00 and 15:00. Apply sunscreen if you want to sit in the sun, and don’t forget to do so when you sit under the parasol.

Clothes: wear covering clothing to protect your skin. Don’t forget your eyes (sunglasses) and your head (a cap).

Lubricate: start applying half an hour before going into the sun. Then use at least factor 30 – and do not forget to repeat this every two hours.
