Chatham-Kent police arrested a woman and a man on Sunday in Wallaceburg who were both wanted on outstanding warrants for failing to attend court.
Police discovered a 26-year-old woman was wanted on several outstanding warrants after she was pulled over while driving in the area of Albert Street just after 8:30 pm
She was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where she was held pending a bail hearing on Monday.
A 35-year-old man was arrested after police responded to a suspicious person complaint in the area of King Street just after 9 am
Police learned he had an outstanding warrant and he was given a new court date before being released.
