(Finance) – Brioschi Real Estate Developmenta real estate operator listed on Euronext Milan, announced that it has sold the entire stake held in Milanofiori Energiaequal to 70% of the capital, at Getec Italia. In the same context, Amafin, owner of the remaining 30% of the capital, also sold its share to Getec.
Milanofiori Energia owns a plant cogeneration and the connected network district heating private service serving the Milanofiori Nord district in Assago.
The selling price for the 70% share owned by Brioschi it is equal to 3,166,100 euros and was paid in full by the buyer. Brioschi estimates that the pre-tax economic effects of the sale are positive for approximately 2.5 million euros in the consolidated financial statements and 1.9 million euros in the separate financial statements.
