Oliver sold his apartment in February
In early February, the broker sold Annika Wijkström, on Erik Olsson real estate agency Oliver’s apartment at Östermalm in Stockholm.
It was a successful deal and after bidding, the price has gone up considerably. The final price landed at SEK 5,900,000, which was SEK 950,000 higher than the asking price.
– Great fun that it was a good final price. If you have a nice apartment that is also newly renovated and in an attractive location, that helps the final price. But there are more parameters that set the final price, said Annika Wijkström to News24 at the time of sale.

Now Zoe is going to sell her apartment on Södermalm
Now it’s Zoe Fay Brown’s turn to sell her apartment with the same broker. The 19 square meter small apartment is located in the heart of Södermalm in Stockholm.

The apartment is on the first floor and the house was built in 1940 and has period details. The apartment’s only room may be small, but it has a smart layout and sleeping loft.
“I sold the previous apartment as well, so now we hope that this one also goes well,” writes the broker in a text message to Nyheter24.
The apartment will be shown on Sunday, March 24.
