BE CAREFUL OF WHAT YOU EAT
Fatty, fried, very spicy, high-calorie iftar; Instead of consuming foods such as pastries, stuffed meats, fries and sherbet desserts, light foods should be preferred in order not to tire the stomach after being hungry for a long time.

Since blood sugar is very low in iftar, the body has a desire to consume large amounts of food in a short time. When food is eaten too quickly and high-energy foods are consumed, it can both pose a risk to health and pave the way for weight gain in the coming days.
WHAT SHOULD BE CONSUMED IN IFTAR?
Make sure to break your fast with a glass of water at iftar. You can also eat a date or a few olives with it. You should take a break after the soup. Since the main dishes contain too much oil, excessive butter, excessive tomato paste and spicy foods will harm the stomach, you can prefer less spicy vegetable dishes or meat dishes instead of rice.
You can choose meat dishes cooked in the oven, grilled or boiled. Vegetable dishes, on the other hand, should be cooked with little oil and steam in their own juice, and should not contain too many potatoes. Your salads should have less oil and salt, heavy dressings should not be used. Pita should not be consumed hot and too much.
PREFER MILK DESSERTS
Experts definitely do not recommend heavy and syrupy desserts during Ramadan. He recommends that light milk should be consumed at least one hour after iftar during the month of Ramadan.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO DRINK Plenty of WATER
It is very important to drink plenty of water between iftar and sahur. When you do not drink enough water during the day while fasting, your body becomes dehydrated. For this reason, you should complete the ideal amount of water you need to drink daily during Ramadan. You can consume 1 glass of water at the beginning of iftar and 1-2 glasses of water during the meal in order not to bloat your stomach.
