Football associations in Utrecht are putting their heads together to combat football violence among amateurs. “We notice that this is a topic of discussion at many associations. We have to do something about it,” says Patrick Bruggeman of Sport Utrecht. “That is why the clubs are working together, because how do you act when a team is a victim of violence and how do you act when you have a team that regularly misbehaves?”
