Utrecht – In recent weeks there has been a lot of swimming in open water due to the warm weather. There are a number of popular places in Utrecht, such as De Munt and the Veilinghaven. The City Water Vision, which the council presented in May this year, states that it must be investigated whether these places could become official swimming water. But not all parties in the Utrecht city council support that plan, for various reasons.
