The press release confirms yesterday’s information from Handelsblatt. “Trench is ideally positioned to enable and benefit from the energy transition, which is an important investment theme for Triton,” writes the venture capital company. No purchase price is specified, but according to Handelsblatt’s sources, the sum would amount to a three-digit million euro amount. Trench has 2,400 employees and nine factories worldwide.
