(Finance) – In the majority list presented by the shareholder Di.Vi. Finanziaria di Diego Della Valle & C, for the renewal of the Board of Directors of Tod’sthe name of Chiara Ferragni does not appear among the outgoing councilors re-appointed for the next mandate.
The candidates are: Diego Della Valle, Maria D’Agata, Andrea Della Valle, Emilio Macellari, Cinzia Oglio, Mara Vanzetta, Raffaella Viscardi, Vincenzo Manes, and Romina Guglielmetti. Ferragni had been appointed to the Tod’s board for the three-year period 2021-2023.
The names of the majority list compared to the current board no longer include, among others, Luca Cordero di Montezemolo, Luigi Abete and Pier Francesco Saviotti.
The list does not even indicate Luca Cordero di Montezemolo and Luigi Abete, who have always been linked by a strong bond of friendship with Diego Della Valle.
