Zelenskyy believes that Russia is preparing for winter. At the same time, Ukraine must focus on making it easier for the people to get through the winter and increase the capacity of its troops.
However, Jörgen Elfving believes that Ukraine has better conditions to cope with attacks on infrastructure compared to the previous winter.
– You have better ability when it comes to air defense and to ward off that type of attack, he says.
