The special program for version 4.5 in Genshin Impact took place today, March 1, 2024, as a live stream. Players received information about the upcoming banners and the characters they will soon be able to draw. A new type of banner was also introduced.
Today, March 1, 2024, there was a big live stream in Genshin Impact with a preview of the upcoming game content.
The new version 4.5 has the motto “Blades Weaving Betwixt Brocade”. In German it is called “Whirling Blades in Brocade”. It will be available in Genshin Impact starting March 13, 2024.

These are the new banners in version 4.5 with Chiori
Who is the new character? We first met Chiori during the film festival in Fontaine. She is a seamstress from Inazuma and the owner of the Chioriya boutique in Fontaine. She becomes a 5-star character, has the Geo element and fights with a one-handed sword.
What banners will be available in version 4.5? As usual, the banners are divided into 2 phases.

New banner in Genshin Impact: The Gathering Prayer
How does the new banner type work? Version 4.5 brings you a new, additional banner type, the so-called “collection prayer”.
You can use this to secure the characters Albedo, Eula, Mona, Klee, Diluc and Jean and more than ten different 5-star weapons such as Wolf’s Grave and Hunter’s Path.
To pull this banner, use Interwoven Fate. Just like with the special banners, you are guaranteed to get a 5-star item after a maximum of 90 prayers.
Here you can also select a course for the desired character or weapon. This guarantees that the second character/weapon you draw is the one you want (assuming you didn’t get your favorite the first time).
What else will be in version 4.5? Chiori also adds an associated story quest and a hangout event with Lynette.
The new update also brings you new system optimizations, which are primarily intended to help those new to you:
You will soon find the “Improvement Guide” in the Paimon menu, which will provide you with tips and help on improving characters, weapons and artifacts based on your player level.
There will also be various events where you can secure veterans and other rewards.
In the big seasonal campaign “Alchemical Ascension”, you help Lisa run a shop for alchemical potions. You can earn the 4-star polearm “Dialogues of the Elders of the Desert” as a reward.
There will also be new TCG cards, including Neuvillette, Charlotte and Kirara.
