The tension between Donald Trump and Elon Musk does not seem to end. Finally, Trump made words that would anger Musk and escalate tensions. Trump shared his words in a post on his own social media, Truth Social.

According to Business Insider, Trump said, “When Elon Musk came to the White House and asked me for help with crashing self-driving electric vehicles, or rockets that went nowhere, and told me what a big Trump fan he was, I said, ‘Kneel down and “I could have said ‘beg,’ and he would have done that.”

The tension between Musk and Trump began when Trump accused the famous billionaire of lying about voting for him in 2016. Trump claimed in his speech to the Alaska rally over the weekend that Musk had voted for him in the 2016 election. Musk, on the other hand, answered this claim as “not true”.
However, Musk tweeted that he doesn’t “hate” Trump, but thinks it’s time for the former president to “hang up his hat,” meaning he should sift his flour and hang up his sieve.
Also, a Twitter user added to Trump’s statement, “What happens if the two most frivolous social media accounts collide?” asked the question. Musk, on the other hand, answered this question with a gif of a Simpsons character and used the expressions “Lmaooo”.
In fact, Trump helped Musk while he was in office. For example, in 2020, Musk had the backing of Trump to reopen the Tesla factory in California amid the COVID-19 pandemic, defiant local officials.
