When the Norwegian Economic Institute conducted a survey in which they asked the question “Are you considering buying or building a home in the next year?” answered few “yes”.
– The urge to buy or build a home is lower than it has been in 20 years, says SVT’s economic commentator Alexander Norén.
– The turnover of housing is at a record low and there is a large inventory of unsold housing, he says.
