– I asked my partner where it was for something that slammed but he thought it was the thunder. But in the morning we were told that it was an explosion, says Terese Salmelin.
After the police released the roadblocks at half past seven on Monday morning, several passers-by watched the devastation at the entrance to the property where the explosion took place.
