(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Technogyma company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the supply of technologies, services and design products for the Fitness and Wellness sector, closed the 2022 with the revenue records equal to 721.5 million euros (+18% compared to 2021 or +15% at constant exchange rates) thanks to double-digit growth on all continents, with a particularly positive performance both in North America (+46%) driven from the USA, and in Europe (+14%).

L’Adjusted EBITDA is equal to 132 million euros, up 23%, now close to the record achieved in the pre-pandemic year, with an adjusted EBITDA margin equal to 18.3%. L’adjusted net profit grows by 29% to 66 million euros.

There net financial position it was positive by 122 million euros, a further improvement of 26 million euros compared to 2021 thanks to the significant cash generation recorded in the year.

The Board of Directors resolved to propose to the Shareholders’ Meeting the payment of a dividend equal to 0.25 euro per share, a sharp increase compared to 0.16 euro per share in 2022. The dividend will be paid on 24 May 2023 (ex-dividend date 22 May 2023 and record date 23 May 2023).

The “encouraging results achieved to date as well as the good order intake” confirm growth expectations sustainable and profitable also for the current fiscal year. The company will share growth strategies and opportunities during Investor Wellness Day, scheduled for June 19, 2023.
