Sustainability, Atlantia: further improves Sustainalytics rating

Atlantia Edition and Blackstone ready for OPA at the turn

(Finance) – Atlantia continues its path of concrete implementation of the own sustainability strategyconfirming the commitment to be among the companies most attentive to this issue.

The rating company Sustainalytics – reads the official note – has improved, for the second time in 2022, the evaluation of Atlantia, bringing it to 8.8 points from the previous ones 14.7 points (on a scale between 0 and> 40, where 0 indicates the best rating and> 40 the worst).

Following the advancement of the rating, Atlantia is now among the top 100 most virtuous companies among the approximately 15,000 valued in
around the world from Sustainalytics. The ratings of this international agency – controlled by Morningstar and specialized in
assessment of how effectively companies manage ESG risks – they offer themselves as a universal yardstick e
independent for investors, shareholders and analysts.

The rating improvement this was thanks to the excellent performance of Atlantia’s corporate governance, which contributes
to lower its risk profile, which is now defined as “negligible”.

Atlantia – concludes the note – “is part of the Mib ESG Index, which includes the 40 most sustainable listed companies in Italy, and Euronext 120 Eurozone, which selects the 120 most sustainable companies in the Eurozone. It was also confirmed in the FTSE4Good, a global index used by
market participants to create and evaluate responsible investment funds. Last September, the international agency
MSCI ESG Ratings (specialized in monitoring approximately 2,800 companies on the sustainability front) has increased the rating
of Atlantia at BBB level. The holding was also included in Bloomberg’s Gender Equality Index (GEI), which brings together the companies
more committed at the international level to promote transparency of treatment and a fair and inclusive work environment “.
