South Africa wants to move forward on the thorny issue

Cape Town, South Africa hosts the BRICS meeting. The Foreign Ministers of Brazil, Russia, India, South Africa and the Chinese Vice Foreign Minister are spending two days together to discuss the future of this group of emerging countries.
