“Should be fairly paid”

Sports manager Jesper Jansson in a statement:

“In a situation like this, for us it’s about weighing first and foremost the sporting and also the financial aspects, and we also don’t want to stand in the way of a player’s dreams and goals. But we must be fairly paid for a player who is under contract with us, and the process should go right. Mohanad has the ambition to go abroad, but it didn’t happen this time”.

The protagonist himself says that all the focus is now on Hammarby.

“I have a goal to one day play in another league, but I’ve always said it has to be something really good. It was in this case, but the club couldn’t meet Hammarby’s demands, and I accept that. While this was going on, I made a couple of ill-considered decisions, around the game last week and afterwards, which I regret, and for which I apologize. We’ve talked through and investigated this internally, and now, as I said, my focus is on the here and now, and I will give everything for Hammarby,” says Jeahze.

Mohanad Jeahze already has a contract with Hammarby until the end of December 2023.
