A passenger train has collided with a tree and derailed in Hultsfred.
Police and ambulance are on the scene.
– There must have been 20 passengers on board the train. Fortunately, no one was hurt, says Kim Hild, says Kim Hild, press spokesperson for the police.
According to Bengt Olsson, press manager at the Swedish Transport Administration, the train must have been traveling at a slow pace when it derailed.
– The train has not come to rest and we are currently looking at how the condition of the track is, he says.
