The tactical RPG Wasteland 3 is currently on sale on Steam for only €6.79. With a purchase price of €33.99 you save 80%.

Wasteland 3 is the sequel to Wasteland 2 and comes from the game studio inXile Entertainment.

It is a tactical role-playing and strategy game in which you slip into the role of Desert Ranger in a post-apocalyptic setting. As such, you are attempting to rebuild the state of Arizona.

The game made it into our list of the best end-time games of 2023. At Gamescom 2019, the game also won the title of “best role-playing game of the year.”

What does Wasteland 3 gameplay look like? You play in the isometric perspective, so you look down on the action from an angle and control a group of 6 rangers that you can customize individually.

The game’s focus is on a reactive story and strategic combat. You try to survive in a freezing environment and build a base. However, hostile factions, cultists and gangs make life difficult for you and a wrong decision can lead to the downfall of your group.

Battles are turn-based as you explore the game world in real time. Each of the characters has individual skills that you can choose depending on your play style.

You can play Wasteland 3 both as a single player and in online co-op with others. You can either cooperate and complete quests together or split up and work on different tasks separately.
