(Finance) – The Group Olidata SpA, through its subsidiary Sferanet Srl, completes the acquisition of the majority of the Biancone Automobili company. The company has signed a new contract for the acquisition of the shares of Biancone Automobilileading the Group to reach a majority share in the investment and positioning itself at the helm of the investee.
Olidata’s Vision pursues, among its first objectives, that ofResponsible investment aimed at enhancing environmental aspects, a privileged location where the Group, supported by the technological assets already deeply integrated into the corporate history, believes it can provide added value created by the interaction of the know-how existing in the Group companies.
The consolidation in the field of environmental sustainability linked to the Automotive sector is the result of the greater awareness that the Group has acquired on the value of investing in companies with a high technological profile that allow a direct synergy and a holistic-corporate evaluation in capable of achieving excellence.
