    Following his mishap and unable to hide his facial injuries, Olaf Scholz preferred to laugh about it. He therefore published a photo of himself on his Twitter account Monday September 4, appearing with an eye patch giving him a pirate look.

    Wanting to reassure everyone, he assured that his injury was not that serious and thanked everyone who had checked on him. “I can’t wait to see the memes” he added with a touch of humor, knowing full well that his photo would be diverted for humorous purposes on the social network.

    What precautions should you take when jogging?

    Although Olaf Scholz’s injury is not very serious, jogging still involves certain risks and a few simple precautions will help to avoid them. Emergency doctor, Dr Gérald Kierzek gives us his advice.

    “The first question the doctor asks is whether it is a mechanical fall, caused by an element of the environment or is it the result of discomfort?
