There is now a little more activity in the often iconic buildings. In Utrecht, for example, the last renovation has now been completed and almost all 35,000 m2 have already been filled again. According to spokesperson Xavier Noach of owner IEF-capital, the entire building was stripped and rebuilt after the departure of V&D. The lower floors now house clothing store Primark, Jumbo supermarket, De Koopman greengrocer and toy store Smith Toys.
