Two responsible publishers are sentenced for incitement against a national group for material that was spread on sites linked to the Nazi Nordic Resistance Movement (NMR), writes Expo. The Chancellor of Justice is the prosecutor in both cases.

The charge concerns incitement against a group of people that was spread via NMR’s news site and its organization page. Both are sentenced to suspended sentences and daily fines.

One sentence concerns Elin Reinhardt, publisher responsible for the Nazi organization’s news site. She is sentenced for an article with Afrophobic elements, as well as an article with a picture which, according to the court, expresses contempt for Jews.

The second verdict that was announced on Thursday is against Emma Karlsson, who was responsible publisher for NMR’s organizational website. Karlsson is sentenced for having spread articles about how NMR, in connection with a Holocaust conference in Malmö, projected anti-Jewish messages on the synagogue.

Both deny wrongdoing.
