Nexta Capital Partners acquires photovoltaic portfolio in Italy

(Finance) – Nexta Capital Partners (NCP)an investment holding company that operates in the development, financing, construction and operation of plants for the production of alternative energy, has acquired a portfolio of nine projects from R.Power Group photovoltaic with an overall peak capacity of 26.5 MW. The projects have a single capacity between 1 and 7.3 MW and will be built in Italian regions, mainly Sicily and Umbria.

The acquisition is part of a development strategy aimed at position NCP as a primary player in the energy transition in Italy with a model that covers the entire value chain of energy production from renewable sources (from the identification of the sites where the plants will be built to management), we read in a note.
