The new Playstation Plus membership packages, which will allow us to play Sony’s long-talked and old Playstation games, have finally been announced.
Sony has finally announced the new Playstation Plus subscription system that has been talked about for a long time. A detailed statement has also been made regarding these new membership packages, where we can play the games on old Playstation consoles. It has been announced that with the month of June, a brand new system will be introduced, which will also affect existing Playstation Plus and Playstation Now subscriptions. Sony will offer users three different options in the Playstation Plus subscription system.

- Adds 340 more games to the game catalog including PS3, PS2, Playstation and PSP games
- While PS3 games can only be played via stream, other console games will have both streaming and download options.
- Offers cloud access to original PlayStation, PS2, PSP and PS4 games available in Extra and Premium tiers in markets where PlayStation Now is available. Customers can play games using PS4 and PS5 consoles and PC.
- Time-limited game trials will also be offered so customers can try out certain games before purchasing.

Apart from these three main packages, an additional package called Playstation Plus Deluxe has been announced for countries that do not have cloud streaming service. Considering that there is no Playstation Now service in our country, we can probably think that Turkey can be included in this package. This version, which will include the Essential and Extra package features, will be offered at a more affordable price compared to the Premium package. This package will include a catalog of games including Playstation, PS2 and PSP classics, but PS3 games will not be included as they are only played via streaming. It is also stated that local pricing will vary by market.
