(Finance) – Neodecortech announced that, as part of the share buyback programme, between 11 and 15 December 2023, it purchased 8,709 treasury shares at the weighted average price of 2.8190 euros per share, for a countervalue equal to 24,551.01 euros.
Following the purchases indicated above, as of 15 December, the Company holds 288,709 treasury shares equal to 2.031% of the share capital.
