(Finance) – Neodecortech announced that, as part of the treasury share buyback programme, between 16 and 20 October 2023, it purchased 4,500 treasury shares at the weighted average price of 3.0222 euros per share, for a value of 13,600 euros.
Following the purchases indicated above, as of 20 October, the Company holds 241,637 treasury shares equal to 1.700% of the share capital.
