(Finance) – Neodecortech announced that, as part of the share buyback programme, between 8 and 12 January 2024, it purchased 4,291 own shares at the weighted average price of 3.2087 euros per share, for a countervalue equal to 13,768.51 euros.
Following the purchases indicated above, as of 12 January, the Company holds 304,000 own shares equal to 2.138% of the share capital.
