The agreement, which affects approximately 400,000 employees, can be translated into a salary increase of SEK 1,125 more per month, money that is distributed individually. The minimum wages will be increased by SEK 1,350 from 1 January 2024.
Kommunal’s and SKR’s wage agreement previously ran until the end of March 2024. In that agreement, the parties had agreed that the wage increase this year would follow the so-called mark, i.e. the standardization agreed upon by the industry.
