Mudryk broke the goal drought – Chelsea won the derby

But it initially looked like it was going to be a match where things didn’t go their way for Chelsea. Armando Broja already got a great position after two minutes. The 22-year-old got past Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno but then missed badly.

A premonition of what was to come? Not at all.

In the 18th minute, Mykhailo Mudryk made it 1-0 for Chelsea. The Ukrainian, who was signed for expensive money in January, has not really got off the ground at Chelsea but now scored his first goal for the club. Afterwards, the joy was great.

Chelsea-happy it was a minute later as well. After negligence in Fulham’s defense, Armando Broja was able to take revenge on himself and make it 2-0.

Fulham got within a few points after that, but without getting a hole in Chelsea.

The final figures in the London derby were 2–0 to Chelsea, who climb up to eleventh place in the table.
