(Tiper Stock Exchange) – MSc ever closer to acquiring Italo. The operation should mature in the first week of Septemberfor a value of 4 billion euros, which would be taken over by the group of Gianluigi Aponte.
The American fund Gipwhich owns 72.6% of Italo, is ready to sell its majority share. The constellation of shareholders includes Allianz (11.5%), Infra Investor (7.6%), MoLagers (0.6%) and a group of Italian partners which together hold 7.7%: Alberto Bombassei, Flavio Cattaneo, Luca Cordero di Montezemolo, Peninsula Capital, Giovanni Punzo, Isabella Seragnoli.
